The H.O.L.Y. Network is a non-profit, non-partisan community based youth group formulated in 2005 by founding members of the Area Youth Foundation and the Church and adopted by the Violence Prevention Alliance (VPA) in 2006 as an outreach centre.

Its mission is youth empowerment, violence prevention and the promotion of healthy lifestyles choices through arts-based, spiritual and educational activities. It aims to provide youths from inner city Kingston with social and life skills, to effect attitudinal and behavioural change and impart useful skills which enhance opportunities for employment and healthy living.

The Network is aimed at emphasizing the efforts of the Government and Private Sector in increasing the use of information as it relates to healthy lifestyles choices in a global effort to break down the barriers of distrust and acrimony which feed the on-going rivalries in unhealthy practices and subsequent violence, obesity, STDs and STIs which blights the lives and opportunities of youths.
